According to the provided Recapy context, the chaos near the border forest is caused by the intersecting actions of a chaotic ensemble—bumbling gangsters, ex-dons, and eccentric relatives—whose paths collide amid a "wild, military‑style" cinematic setup staged near the forest. The combination of competing agendas, incompetence, and the tense, militarized shoot/setup produces the confusion and mayhem.
