The bounty on Vision’s head was put in place by Ultron, who leaked Vision’s location through the dark web to the bounty hunter known as Paladin.
Key facts:
- Ultron admits to leaking Vision’s location so that Paladin could track him down. - This leak didn’t originate from Ultron placing the bounty himself — there was already a contract in place from an unnamed client — but Ultron is responsible for enabling Paladin’s hunt through his betrayal.
