His quiet life is shattered when a bounty is placed on his head. A bounty hunter named Paladin is hired to track him down. To draw Vision out, Paladin abducts a young boy named Thomas Shepherd, a mysterious teenager who may be Vision’s reincarnated son.
Meanwhile, Vision must wrestle with Ultron’s influence from within. Ultron, one of the AIs in Vision’s mind, challenges everything about Vision’s nature. At the same time, Thomas struggles with his own memories—of Vision and of Wanda—and their shared bond becomes central to VisionQuest. As events escalate, Vision is forced to confront what it means to be human, what ties him to those he once loved, and whether he can protect those connections while on the run.
