Jessie finds real closure. She visits Emily’s old home and discovers that Emily never forgot her—she named her daughter Jessie and even carved “Jessie was here” in their old summer tree. This realization helps Jessie stop seeing herself as a toy who was abandoned and instead understand that she always mattered.

Bonnie and Blaze become friends. As Bonnie grows more absorbed in the Lilypad tablet and the pull of screen-based popularity, she’s also looking for connection. Jessie, Buzz, Woody, and others arrange a meeting between Bonnie and Blaze, a kid who shares her love for toys and imagination. Through play—with both physical toys and technology—Bonnie learns that imagination and connection with others matter.

Tech and toy worlds find peace. Lilypad, originally seen as a rival, softens and ends up working alongside Jessie and the rest. Rather than completely opposing technology, the ending suggests a balance: Lilypad remains part of Bonnie’s life but no longer dominates it.

Woody returns to Bo Peep – but stays connected. Woody goes back to life on the road with Bo Peep, helping abandoned toys. He doesn’t return to Bonnie’s room full time. However, a walkie-talkie keeps him in the loop—he can still check in with Buzz, Jessie, and the others.

Jessie and Buzz commit. Buzz finally proposes to Jessie, and she accepts. The relationship they’ve had across the series evolves into a partnership.

High-tech Buzz army subplot resolution. An army of Buzz action figures, initially in search of Star Command, teams up with Jessie and the others in the climax. They help rescue Bonnie, stop the donation of toys, and assist in bringing Blaze and Bonnie together.

Post-credits scene(s).
- Mid-credits: The Buzz army finds homes—each Buzz toy pairs up with a child at a playground. A final nod to a classic villain: a child pulls out a Zurg toy with the line, "We meet again, my son!"
- During/after credits: Lilypad and the Pizza Sunglasses character perform a playful song/rap.
